Welcome to Truli ("Truli", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and TRULY INC LIMITED, a company organized under the laws of England and Wales.If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 16 or older. Some features or content within the Service may require additional age verification (for example, 18+ content). We may suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or that we reasonably believe belong to users under our minimum age.You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law, or if your account has previously been suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

3. Your Account

To use most features of the Service you must create an account. You agree to:• provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up;• keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others;• promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;• be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.We reserve the right to reclaim usernames, refuse registration, or suspend accounts that we determine, in our sole reasonable discretion, are inactive, impersonating others, infringing trademarks, or otherwise violating these Terms.

4. User Content

The Service allows you to post questions, answers, polls, quizzes, ratings, comments, media, and other materials (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.License you grant usBy submitting User Content, you grant Truli a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as resizing or formatting), create derivative works of, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute your User Content for the limited purposes of operating, providing, improving, and promoting the Service. This license ends when you or we delete your User Content from the Service, except to the extent your content has been shared with others who have not deleted it, or where retention is required by law.Your responsibilityYou are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. You represent and warrant that you own your User Content or have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to grant the license above, and that your User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:• post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or that incites violence;• post sexually explicit material involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits or endangers any individual;• impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;• infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other right;• spam, send unsolicited promotions, or post repetitive or low-value content;• scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted in writing by us;• use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service without our prior written consent;• attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to it;• circumvent any rate limits, content moderation, or access controls;• collect or harvest personal information of other users without their consent.We may, but are not obligated to, review, moderate, or remove User Content at any time for any reason, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Anonymous Posts

The Service offers an anonymous posting feature for certain content. When you post anonymously, your username and profile are not displayed to other users alongside your post. However, anonymity on the Service is not absolute:• we still associate the post with your account on our backend for safety, moderation, and abuse-prevention purposes;• we may be compelled by law, valid legal process, or court order to disclose the identity behind an anonymous post;• we may also disclose your identity if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm, comply with the law, or enforce these Terms.You are still bound by these Terms and our Acceptable Use rules when posting anonymously. Anonymous posting is a feature, not a license to violate the rights of others.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Truli and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all right, title, and interest in and to the Service.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that party, and you access them at your own risk.

9. Termination and Suspension

By youYou may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account through the in-app settings or by contacting us.By usWe may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the law, or the rights of others, or if continued provision of the Service to you creates a risk to us or our other users.Effect of terminationUpon termination, your right to access and use the Service will end. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY USER CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TRULY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) GBP 100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Truli and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Truli agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in London, England, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or via the email associated with your account before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
