Mae Ploy Curry

This is the best Thai curry paste you can buy. It's incredibly easy to make and it always tastes amazing. They have all the main curries but my favorite are green, red, panang and country style. You can buy these in single serve packets (50g) or a tub that be used multiple times. They sell them in various stores like Kaldi but I always go to Asia Supermarket to get it. Be sure to add a bit of fish sauce and you're guaranteed to have an amazing dinner. 🇹🇭
