Izumonoen Tomato
These are the best tomatoes I've ever tasted in my life. 🍅 It's a bit of a strange recommendation, but I randomly ordered this 1kg box of tomatoes through the furusato nozei (ふるさと納税) program. When I received them, they looked exactly like in the photos, meaning PERFECT. Biting into one of these cherry tomatoes unleashed an explosion of tomato flavor unlike any I've ever tasted before in my mouth. It was sweet and at time had that critical tomato sourness to it at the same time. It literally tasted like the flavor of 20 cherry tomatoes packed into one. I have no idea how these mad scientists achieved this, but it was the single best tomato I've ever tasted in my life. We all know furusato nozei is overpriced, but since it's all free I highly recommend you give these tomatoes a go - if you're a tomato fan like me there is no way you will regret it.
