I’ve been to this venue several times as a patron and have thrown events here myself. Good amount of space, kind/attentive staff, various events going on and good drinks. Only potential con is Cream closes at 12am, like many spots in the Kitazawa area. So you’ll have to find your late night festivities elsewhere.
