The Game Changers
Although I will continue to enjoy Big Macs, prime ribs, and ice cream every so often, this documentary was mind blowing to say the least.
It focuses primarily on the advantages of eating a "plant based diet" for athletes; explaining it through scientific experiments and case studies of famous athletes who have excelled at their game because of it.
You'd be surprised to know who these vegan/vegetarian famous athletes are!
I genuinely thought the whole thing was pretty convincing and interesting.
Even if you decide to go green or not, its definitely worth taking a look to rethink, even just for a short moment, about what we eat and the impact it has on our body, health, and the planet👍🏼
